The net is full of false promises, one of them is from the so called “ company aims to provide customers with the best products at the lowest price” Alstrasoft.com. Last Month I decided to buy an image hosting script for one of my website, after some google search I reached  the hostcript page of AlstraSoft Image Host on Hotscripts.com, and seen the software comes with a 30 days money back guarantee I decided to buy it.

The Alstrasoft Image Host was not really what I was expecting for an Image Hosting script, and since it support only paypal as the payment option incoporate so I decided to mail Alstrasoft for a refund since I was still in my 30 Day Money back Guarantee.

Now come the trouble, I sent an email to them and ask for a refund , to my suprise I got the following from them, “All sales of our products are final unless otherwise decided. So was not I be a victim of false Guarantee here? I sent them an email “I will like to inform you that i have come from your website from the article that your company have placed on Hotscripts.com http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/52946.html therefore i found that this a complete CHEATING policy”

Since today I have not hear from them again.

Since yesterday I found that my browsing was a bit too slow, I double check my network and found that everything was OK. This puzzled me a bit, till I remembered that I have just update Firefox 3 to Firefox 3.0.1, so I was wondering if Firefox 3.0.1 slower that others Firefox version?

Then I noticed that this is for Firefox 3.1 not Firefox 3.0.1. So back I search for anyone getting this problem.I found someone with the same problem “I’ve been using FF for a few years & rarely ever post about a problem… I’ve read/searched the forum for the last 2 days & really haven’t found the answer I’m looking for..if I did miss something..sorry.
